Returns & Exchanges
At Teabox, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy for unopened products within 15 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality defect or shipping error.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request and, if approved, will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened tea tin or pouch in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
